Delivery Policy

  1. After confirming your order, we will notify you by phone or email to arrange delivery within 7-14 business days.

  2. To ensure correct delivery, please carefully check and confirm your personal information and address so we can arrange the delivery. We may contact you to confirm your personal information before sending the products.

  3. If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you to decide whether to cancel the order or purchase another product.

  4. If you choose to have the product delivered by SF Express, the customer must bear the postal risk. If the package is lost, we will not provide any compensation.

Delivery Methods

  1. In-store pickup (free delivery)

    • Customers can choose to pick up the item at the store. We will notify you within 7 business days after order confirmation.
    • Please pick up the item within 14 business days of our notification at our showroom (Address: Unit 02, 8/F, Tonic Industrial Centre, 26 Kin Fung Circuit, Kowloon Bay).
    • Customers can double-check the product and packaging when picking up the item to ensure the goods are in good condition.

  2. SF Express Delivery

    • Free delivery for orders over $1,000.
    • For orders under $1,000, payment upon delivery is required.
    • SF Express can deliver to commercial or residential addresses, SF smart lockers, SF stations, and SF service points. We will notify you within 7 business days after order confirmation.
    • If you are unable to receive the ordered product during the first delivery attempt, or if you provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us. Additional delivery fees may be charged for subsequent deliveries.
    • All pre-set delivery dates and times are for reference only. We will not be responsible for any customer losses or damages caused by delayed deliveries.
    • SF Express may charge additional fees for specific regions or conditions. Please check with SF Express for any additional fees.

Remote Area Installation or Repair Service Fee for Electronic Locks

  1. An additional fee of HKD 300 will be charged for installation in remote areas:

    • Yuen Long District: Tai Tong, San Tin, Kam Tin, Fairview Park, Kingswood Villas, Four Seasons Garden, Lau Fau Shan, Nam Sang Wai, etc.
    • Tuen Mun District: Lung Kwu Tan, Siu Lam, Tai Lam, etc.
    • Sheung Shui Area: Kwu Tung, Ho Sheung Heung, Kam Tsin Village, Kai Leng, etc.
    • Fanling Area: Hung Leng, Ping Che, Ling Sze, Sham Tau, Tai Tong Lake, Ma Mei Ha, Sun Uk Ling, etc.
    • Tai Po District: Tai Mei Tuk, Ting Kok Road, Beverly Hills, Shallow Bay, etc.
    • Sai Kung District: Tai Hang Hau, Sai Sha Road, Pak Sha Wan, Clear Water Bay, etc.
    • Hong Kong Island: Stanley, Shek O, Deep Water Bay, Island Road, Red Hill Peninsula, Repulse Bay Road, The Peak, Mid-Levels, Pok Fu Lam, etc.
    • Other areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, etc.

  2. For installation in outlying islands or restricted areas, additional quotation is required.

    • Outlying Islands: Mui Wo, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Tai O, etc.
    • Restricted Areas: Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, etc.

In case of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions of delivery, our company will have the final decision and reserves the right to modify, update, terminate, cancel, or change the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
