We do not accept product returns or order cancellations for any damage caused by human error, incorrect use, negligence in following the instructions, unauthorized repair or modification, accidents, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable factors.

If the customer finds that the product is not functioning properly after purchase, they can contact our customer service department, provide relevant photos of the product, and our company's invoice, so that we can arrange for the return and replacement of the product.

For all switch socket products, customers can enjoy free replacement up to 2 times within 10 days, after which an administrative fee of $200 per replacement will be charged.

If a cash refund is involved, an administrative fee of $200 per transaction will be charged.

If the product is found to be in poor condition or damaged upon delivery by Shunfeng (courier), please do not sign the delivery receipt or accept the courier's delivery slip. Please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos of the relevant merchandise so that we can follow up.
In case of any dispute, our company reserves the final decision-making right.
