Returns Policy
Self-Pick Up Service
1.1 For Self- Pick Up service,
we will notify you by phone or email within 7 days when your order is accepted.
1.2 If your order
is accepted by us, we will confirm with accordingly and advise the date and
time of delivery or availability for collection at our office.
1.3 In case any applicable gift
items of your purchased products are not available, we will contact you
accordingly. You may decide whether to cancel the order or continue to purchase
the products.
1.4 After our notification is
made, we allow your order to be kept in our physical office for 14 days.
1.5 We allow you to have
double-checking to make sure your order is in good condition when you pick up
your order from our office.
1.5 Only if you discover your
product does not work properly, please contact our customer service department,
provide the photos of the relevant goods and our company invoice to let us make
goods return arrangement and exchange for the new one.
S.F. Delivery Service/Cash
On Delivery Service
1.6 For S.F. Delivery service,
we will notify you by phone or email within 7 days when your order is accepted.
1.7 If your
order is accepted by us, we will confirm with accordingly and advise the date
and time of delivery or availability for collection at our office.
1.8 In case any applicable gift
items of your purchased products are not available, we will contact you
accordingly. You may decide whether to cancel the order or continue to purchase
the products.
1.9 If you fail to receive your
ordered product upon the first delivery appointment or you give us the
inaccurate information on your address, please contact us and the additional
delivery fee would be charged for subsequent delivery(es).
1.10 All expected delivery dates
and time are estimates only. We shall not have any responsibility for any loss
or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late
delivery.
1.11 If you receive the ordered
product from the courier that is obviously not in good condition or damaged,
please do not sign the delivery invoice and accept the delivery order from the
courier. At the same time, please contact us and provide the photos of the
relevant goods immediately.
