If you found your purchase not meeting production standards and that being confirmed by the Company’s staff, the Company promises to offer exchange within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • Packaging, accessories, user guide and warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange.
  • The product to be exchanged should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
  • Consumers are entitled to an exchange for another product of the same value as the price that was actually paid for the purchased product or pay the difference to purchase another higher price product.
  • All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
  • The 7- days exchange service could only be used once.
    If there are any disputes, the Company reserves the rights on final decision.
