For our delivery services, there are only 3 options:
A. Self-pick up from our physical shop (Free of delivery charge)
B. Post by S.F. Express (For Hong Kong only and free delivery for orders equal or more than HKD $1000 )
C. Pay on delivery by S.F. Express (For Hong Kong only and shipping cost by cash on delivery for orders less than HKD $1000 via S.F. Express)
1.1 All of the online orders should be made in full payment transactions (It is not included extra delivery charge if you choose self-pick up or pay on delivery service). After the payment is made, we will arrange your order delivery within 7-14 days.
1.2 You are welcome to select self-pick up service as a cost–saving option. However, please pay notice to our business hours as shown on our site.
1.3 It would be charged extra fee on special regions for any S.F. Express delivery service.
7-Days Replacement Service
If you found your purchase not meeting production standards and that being confirmed by the Company’s staff, the Company promises to offer exchange within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Packaging, accessories, user guide and warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange.
- The product to be exchanged should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
- Consumers are entitled to an exchange for another product of the same value as the price that was actually paid for the purchased product or pay the difference to purchase another higher price product.
- All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
- The 7- days exchange service could only be used once.
If there are any disputes, the Company reserves the rights on final decision.
